Honor, Sportsmanship, Chivalry through the art of fencing since 1927
Whoever You Are, There's a Place for You on the Strip
The strip is where fencing happens: a narrow, forty-six-foot lane where speed, precision, and strategy decide every point. Lifelong athlete or first-time fencer. Future champion or weekend hobbyist. Six years old or sixty. At Palm Beach Fencing Club, every member steps onto that strip under the same world-class coaching, the same rigorous standards, and the same welcome into a community built on discipline, camaraderie, and personal growth.
A Tradition Nearly a Century Strong
Palm Beach Fencing Club has been teaching fencing since 1927, and the people who've trained here, coached here, and competed here all learned the same thing: excellence is built one touch, one lesson, one season at a time. That's still true for every member who joins us today.
Through the Years
From one generation of fencers to the next, Palm Beach Fencing Club has grown in size and ambition while staying true to its roots. Alumni have gone on to compete at the collegiate and national level, coaches have built careers here, and the club has become a home for Palm Beach families who value excellence as much as community.
Train With Us
From first footwork to national competition, every program at Palm Beach Fencing Club is built around the same standard of coaching and the same welcome into the sport.
Youth Programs
Ages 6 to 12 learn footwork, focus, and the fundamentals of the blade in a structured, encouraging environment built for young beginners.
Masters & Veteran Fencing
Masters and Veteran are fencing's programs for adults 40 and up, built around strategy, longevity, and a lifelong love of the sport. Quick decisions sharpen reaction time and cognitive agility, and the real draw is the camaraderie of a close, encouraging community.
Junior & Competitive
Driven young athletes train toward regional and national competition under coaches who have been there themselves. Individual lessons, structured bouting, and a clear path to tournament readiness build the confidence, resilience, and results that last.
Adult Fencing
Whether you're new to the strip or returning after years away, train at your own pace alongside a serious, welcoming community of adults. Expert coaching meets friendly bouting.
Senior Fencing
Fencing Keeps the Mind Quick and the Body Agile. Fencing is a thinking sport: every bout calls for split-second decisions, read-and-react reflexes, and controlled, purposeful movement, the kind of engagement associated with sharper focus and better balance as we age. It's demanding without being hard on the joints, building footwork, coordination, and core strength at a pace that respects your body.
